Safe Space runs on the people who show up consistently, post generously, and pull others into the conversation. You're one of those people. The Ambassador program is how we make it official, and celebrate the members who make this community what it is.
The goal
Safe Space exists to be the community where HR folks feel valued, seen, and heard. A place to ask the hard questions you might not be able to ask anywhere else, surrounded by people who get it.

Opportunities for Ambassadors
Continued Engagement
You already do this. Keep doing it. Posting, replying, attending events, and being an active presence is what makes Safe Space worth being in, and what inspires others to show up too.
Welcomer Rotation
A few times a year you'll be rotated in to connect with and welcome new members via DM. You'll always get a heads up when it's your turn. When a new member reaches out, aim to respond within 24-72 hours.
